Maritime instruments – ACMA consultation outcome

On 12 May 2025, the ACMA opened a consultation on sunsetting, remaking and revoking maritime instruments.

Following the consultation, and after considering the submissions received, the ACMA have now made the 
Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Maritime Coast Licence) Determination 2025 and the Radiocommunications 
(Maritime Ship Station) Class Licence 2025 with minor changes.
