ACMA publishes outcome of proposal to make the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions
(Land Mobile Licence) Determination 2025
On 28 March 2025, ACMA opened a consultation on remaking the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions
(Land Mobile Licence) Determination 2015.
The consultation closed on 9 May 2025 and the ACMA advise that they received no submissions.
The ACMA have now made the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Land Mobile Licence) Determination 2025.
The determination is available at the link below.
The determination was registered on the Federal Register of Legislation on 19 September 2025.
The ACMA thank all those involved in the consultation process.
