Hi ALL,
Every now and again I send out this fie in 18 parts.
I was given kind permission from Larry many years ago to
keep the guide going, with the promise of sending
"As Is" & un-edited.
Much has changed over the years in terms of packet radio
however its still nice to look back on this guide as much
is still relevant.
Enjoy de Steve EI2GYB
