thanks for replying bill, we are a group of amateur enthusiast / volunteers, our group is Philippine Amateur Radio Emergency Data Network, our club callsign is DX1PRD, stations are mainly located in Msnila, Central Luzon and South Luzon, we are contineously expanding our network and also coordinating with the LGU (Local Government Units), so the system will be available and support them in times of emergencies and disasters.
