Subj: Another LinBPQ bug

Reviewing the LinBPQ logs I see that the below situation,
was repeated for days; naturally this failure 'de facto'
blocked the reverse forwarding of msgs from GB7CIP (LinFBB)
and IR0AAB (my system based on LinBPQ).

This bug adds to the existing ones already documented in
the past.

The solution of this problem has been to re-open another
forwarding to GB7CIP with another system running on my
facility (i.e. my home PC) and the below and other msgs
arrived normally without errors.

So, as we say in Italy with an old motto:
it needs to use one able to read and another able to write
to obtain the result :)
