Try to reply to this msg including the others with the
same subject by sending this personal note dated June 2000.
Hope this will clarify the matter on SP packet messages:

<SNIP>

But there is a big technical reason which was opposed and it continues
nowadays to be ignored:

- the PBBS software (or better the *good* PBBS software), when SP
   msgs are concerned, ***parses*** the hierarchy of the message,
   moving from the ****right*** to the ***left*** for identifying
   the location of the station to which the message is addressed.

- So, if the message being sent is a 'Personal' it needs a specific
   GEOGRAPHIC HIERARCHICAL address.
   And remembering that the hierarchy of the H-address is parsed from
   **the right to the left**, analyze the following format address:

                <--------------- distribute the msg to EUROPE
                                                    to ITA
                                                    to LAZIO (ITA Region)
                                                    to I0OJJ PBBS
