Its not right aliasing!
There was common "not written rule" agreed a years ago
that AMSAT and ARL/ARRL areas distributed world-wide, just as @WW.

So any sysop can (and should) put AMSAT,ARL,ARRL in the "AT box" 
for any bbs-partner that get/take WW-bulls.

But, don't change original destination area.
