The best and rock stable mode is the use of 6pack eeprom; I used
it in the past (before the full destruction of my site...).
It was steady rock 24/7 at 38400 bauds!
If you can run the TNC in host-mode, then a TF-27b eeprom may
deploy 50 channels again at high bit speed.
