As I type this, it's warm (65F/18C) here in northern Virginia. The cold weather will return, and it would be nice to see some snow before winter is over. The spring-like weather is a reminder that seasonal changes to propaganda are also in store. And add to that recent solar activity. Tune in to see how shortwave reception is affected.
