Hello Eric,
Several years ago this worked for me on x86 systems both 32bit and 64bit.
Although written initially for Winlink Express it was updated to include
VARA I have successfully used the same process on multiple x86 systems
since then but note that the really old pdh.dll was required in every
case. These were all Debian Buster, Bullseye, and Bookworm systems so
YMMV with other variants or architectures.
