This is the format for the forward.sys file (or an include file
called from forward.sys)

Where C is a path the the file, mine is linux so this is a linux path.
The G line is typically which bulls you want, the above is set for
"all", this is for the the @ field in the bulletin.
Add an F line for items such as TECH
