original msgs issued by 'amsat.org' have the following
format and may be retrieved on the ftp site at amsat.org.

Those msgs are stored with 'nasa.all' filenames and are
issued with a weekly cadence.
The last original 'nasa.all' file is dated January 27, 2022
so any other file propagated on packet is not original.

On (x)FBB files are processed by 'satupdat', but this
program makes its job on files named 'amsat.txt' and they
must reside on the FBB 'sat' directory.
During the maintenance activities that file is processed
and stored in the same 'sat' directory with 'satel.dat'
filename and so is (now) readable and manageable by FBB.
