Yes, is not the best "BBS" reader.
I think our BBS use a hamradio adapted NNTP server that is *not*
fully compliant with Thunderbird NNTP Reader.

BTW I've "forwarded" your message from Thunderbird, putting destination 
BPQ@WW by hand... and you can read the result!
