Hello All Users and Sysop
GB7CIP seems to have had a glitch with it's
forwarding of bulletins.
I have not been able to identify the cause. Though
I still think it looks like 'sysop file editing issue'
though have not been able to prove that.
Have cleared down the GBR EU bulletins
and will bring system up and let it settle down
overnight..

the defined region/znode
